Ordering over the Internet is very safe.
We accept PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.
We ship to the U.S. and Canada.
U.S. orders are typically sent via U.S. mail or FedEx and take 3-5 days to arrive, once your order is processed. You will receive an email from us once your order is processed. You may receive your order in more than one shipment since we use four different shipping locations in the U.S.
Orders to Canada are sent out just as quickly, but our customers in Canada find that it takes an additional 3-6 days for their order to reach them. We typically do not ship on National Holidays.

There is a shipping charge of $5.95 plus $1.50 per pound ($3 per pound to Hawaii and Alaska.)
There is a shipping charge of $7.95 plus $3 per pound to Canada.
Sales tax is charged only for orders sent to Florida (6%).
We will replace damaged items for free.
All returns must be preauthorized
Handling fees range from $5 to 20% of the purchase price,depending on the item, if you return it undamaged.
You may return an undamaged item within 30 days of receiving your purchase.
Audio CDs cannot be returned once they are opened.

Shopping With Us
Over 8,000 nature related items are currently available. Items are arranged in "Shops" within the Nature Mall. You can locate a specific item using the "Search" feature or by clicking on a Department name listed on the top. When you see an item you want, click "Add to Cart". You can always remove it later on. When finished shopping, click "Checkout". You will see your entire order, including shipping and handling charges before you complete the checkout. You can still make changes at this time.
When you are finished shopping, click the Checkout button. At this point you can enter a ship-to address, check your order, delete items, cancel your order, change the quantity of any item and check the final bill, including shipping and handling charges. Items will remain in your shopping cart indefinitely.
Before a credit card is approved, the address and zip code you enter are matched against the records of your credit card company. If they do not match, your order will not be accepted. If this happens, please enter your address and zip code exactly as they appear on your credit card statement. This is a new policy that went into effect at the request of the credit card companies to help prevent the unauthorized use of stolen credit cards.
We do not sell or share your credit information with anyone. We do not sell or share your name, address, phone number or e-mail with outsiders. Your name, address and e-mail are only given to the Affiliate member you ordered from.
We do provide the Cornell Lab of Ornithology with names and addresses (but not your email) so they can contact you about the amazing work they are doing with Citizen Science projects and bird conservation. We STRONGLY support their mission. They own 1% of Online Nature Mall. The Cornell Lab of Ornithology is a non-profit organization based in Ithaca, New York.
Our Returns Policy:
All returns must be preauthorized. Email Sales@onlinenaturemall.com. You may return any item purchased from this web site that was delivered in damaged or defective condition for a full refund or replacement. All other returned items must be in their original, undamaged packaging. Restocking fees range from $5 to 20% of the purchase price, depending on the item. All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Audio CDs may not be returned once they have been opened.
Shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds will be made by crediting your charge account. Refunds cannot be made after 30 days. To return an item, simply securely package the item and it's packing slip with the word "RETURN" written on it, and ship to the "return" address on the packing slip. We highly recommend shipping UPS, FedEx or insured Parcel Post for your protection. If you do not have your packing slip, contact customer service Sales@onlinenaturemall.com. We will notify you via e-mail when your item was returned and refunded. We are not responsible for returns that are lost in the mail or never received by us.
We only carry those products we know and trust. In each case, the manufacturers stand behind the products they produce. If you are having trouble with a product or need technical information, please call the manufacturer directly so that they can quickly help you. If you need to return a product to us because it was damaged upon arrival, we will replace it at no cost.

Online Nature Mall has many Affiliates who have set up a link to the Mall for their members or customers. Each Affiliate receives 10% from each sale at their store. Many Affiliates are tax-exempt organizations that support nature and the environment. This is a fund-raising idea that benefits their mission and also benefits their members. The Cornell Lab of Ornithology owns a portion of Thayer Birding Software and also benefits when you place an order.

By purchasing these items, you are showing them that there is a demand for specialized products such as these.
