This cute Blue Grosbea is soft and fuzzy -- and it sings! These beautiful songsters are common throughout much of the United States. They are usually found near open fields, roadsides or streams, and make their nests in trees or bushes. Their strong bills are well adapted for breaking open nuts and seeds, but they also feed on a variety of insects. They spend the winter months in tropical regions.
